# Browser Based Guest Video Call | No App Installation Required

This guide explains the complete workflow for **AR Genie Remote Assist**, from creating an instant session to joining a remote support call from a mobile browser.

## Expert Guide (Web Portal)

Expert creates the session, invites the guest, and guides using non-AR markers

## Create an Instant Session

Navigate to **Remote Assist → My Sessions**.

Click **Create** under **Create Instant Session**.

## Name Your Session

Enter a meaningful session name (for example, **PC Maintenance**).

Optionally enable **Live Captions**.

Click **Next**.

## Invite the Guest via SMS/Email

1. Select the **SMS/Email** tab.
2. Enter the customer's mobile number or Email.
3. Click **Send**.
4. Click **Start Meeting**.

## Wait for the Customer

The meeting room opens immediately and waits for the customer to join using the secure SMS invitation.

### Expert Best Practices

* Use descriptive session names.
* Verify the customer's mobile number.
* Ask the customer to allow Camera and Microphone permissions.

Guest joins using the link and gets guided by the expert in real-time on their screen.

## Receive the SMS Invitation

Tap the secure meeting link received by SMS.

The secure AR Genie meeting page opens automatically in your mobile browser.

## Enter Your Name

Enter your name and tap **Join Meeting**.

## Allow Microphone/Camera Permission

Tap **Allow** when prompted.

You are now connected.
