## Create Instant Session

Create an instant session to quickly start a live Remote Assist interaction without prior scheduling. This is useful for immediate support, troubleshooting, or real-time collaboration.

### Overview

The **Create Instant Session** dialog allows you to configure essential session details before starting.

You can configure:

* **Session Name** – Identify the purpose of the session
* **Live Captions** – Enable or disable real-time speech-to-text
* **Caption Language** – Select preferred language (visible only if captions are enabled)

#### &#x20;Start Session

Click **Next** to proceed and start the session.

* You can Copy/Share **the Session Code or the Session Link** with the participant by inviting them.&#x20;

**You can also invite participants in multiple ways:**

* **SMS**  → Send an invite link directly to a participant’s phone number via text message.
* **Email**  → Send the invite link through email.
* **Agent**  → Invite an **agent**.
* **Guest**  → Invite an **external participant** who doesn’t have an account.
* **QR**  → Generate a **QR code** that participants can scan to join instantly.

## Request AR Recording

The **Request AR Recording** feature in the AR Genie Web Portal allows you to generate and share a dedicated link to request augmented reality (AR) recordings from participants. This is especially useful for collecting on-field visuals, troubleshooting steps, or demonstrations that can be reviewed later by experts.

**Request AR Recording**

* You will see the **Request AR Recording** section with a unique link.
* Copy the link using the **copy** icon.
* Or click **Share** to directly send the request link to participants.

**AR Recording Link**

* A unique link is generated for the AR Recording.
* Use the C**opy** button to quickly copy the link.

**Share via Email**

* Enter the recipient’s email address in the input field.
* Click the ➤ send button to share the AR recording link directly through email.

**Share via SMS**

* Enter the recipient’s phone number, including the country code.
* Click the ➤ send button to share the AR recording link via SMS.

Once you click **Start Meeting** or **Close**, the session immediately appears under the **“Active”** tab in the "**My Sessions"** page.
