How to start Recording on Web Portal ?

AR Genie’s Web Portal gives you the live recording option feature that records the session details and streaming in real time.

To Record the Session:

During the live video session,

• Go to >> On the bottom session toolbar of the session window screen of the web portal.

• Click on the “Recording” button.

Click on Recording

Now the recording of the session has started. You can easily access the session recordings later through the “My Session” and "History” tab for training and monitoring purposes.

To view your recordings:

• Go to “ My Session” .

• Click on “three-dot menu” beside Join Meeting Button and Go to >> Recordings.

Go to >> Recordings

Recording Sessions List

It will show you the recording details for the particular session.

Similarly, you can also view your session recording details from “My History” tab.
