During an active session, Click on the “Screen Share” icon on the session taskbar.
The share window tab will open on the screen.
Select the desired window, tab or entire screen to share with the participants.
An agent connected from another web portal can view the shared screen on his window during the live AR remote session.
On-site technician or participant can watch the shared screen on his smartphone or tablet / iPad devices by clicking the stream.
Only the expert or user creating the session and sharing the screen can stop screen sharing by clicking the share icon.
