An expert refers to a remote support professional who can provide assistance to the on-site worker or field technician at the remote end via web-based portal by viewing their live back camera video feed in real-time.&#x20;

### Expert Console:&#x20;

Here, Expert Console refers to the interface or the session window screen at the expert end that opens when an expert start a remote session. It has functions that help the expert to execute various functions of AR Genie Remote Assist during the session.

### Technician:&#x20;

A Technician is a person ( a customer or user) who is showing the smartphone back camera video feed of the on-site machinery to the remote expert to get the technical assistance or guidance in real-time.

### Technician Console:&#x20;

Here, Technician Console refers to the interface or the session window screen at the technician end that opens when a technician joins a remote session on their AR devices such as mobile phone or tablets. The technician console has functions that help the technician during the session.

### Remote Assistance:&#x20;

Remote assistance refers to term " remote support" which means providing technical assistance or support to someone from a distance. It is a connection between a user and an expert that allows expert to offer support to the user remotely with the help of a remote support software via live video feed.&#x20;
