### How to access information from knowledge base on iPad?

Knowledge base offers the additional information stored on the gallery of the work assist web-based portal. 

* Click on the **" Message Icon"** above the social media button.

* On the message window, type your message or any query and the AI assistant will respond to your query in form of texts, images etc.&#x20;

In this way you can access the knowledge base and ask query related to your job workflow.&#x20;
