Knowledge base offers the additional information stored on the gallery of the work assist web-based portal.
Click on the " Message Icon" above the social media button.
On the message window, type your message or any query and the AI assistant will respond to your query in form of texts, images etc.
In this way you can access the knowledge base and ask query related to your job workflow.
