Managing jobs and workflows in AR Genie Work Assist involves overseeing the entire process of task execution, from planning and assignment to completion and analysis.
Users can manage the jobs from the Job Board.
Click on the Job Board and you will see the complete overview or status of all the jobs on the work assist such as un-assigned jobs ( Backlogs), assigned jobs, current status and completed jobs.
Click on the jobs you want to manage.
This will show you the complete job details of that particular job with the specific workflow list.
From here you can manage the unassigned jobs on the backlogs by assigning them to the agents and view the status of all the jobs & specific workflow for that particular job.
Users can manage the workflows from the Asset Board.
To manage workflows from the Assets:
Go to >> Assets and Select the Asset Type and Asset. This will show the overview of the Asset Type and Asset details.
Click on the "Workflows".
This will show you the complete workflow list for that asset.
Now click on the " Number of Steps".
Here you will see the number of step-by-step instructions which you can easily manage by adding more steps. You can also edit or delete the steps from the respective icons.
In this way you can mange both your jobs and workflows on AR Genie Work Assist.
