An asset is a standardized description of a specific type of physical object within an asset type. It refers to a specific component, system, or piece of equipment that requires maintenance, repair, or management within a larger system or product. These are the things you can actually touch and interact with.
First select the “Asset Type” you want to add an asset for.
Now Click on the “Asset Type”.
You will see an overview of your "Asset Type" with its details.
Now click on the "Add button” under the "Asset Selection" section to add a particular asset for the asset type.
Fill in the asset details such as: Asset Name, its SKU number & location where the asset is physically present.
And Click on “ Save” to save your asset details.
Once your asset is saved, you will see a QR code to access the assigned jobs of that particular asset.
Click on the "OK" button to save your asset details.
You will receive a notification confirming that your asset has been saved, along with an overview of your asset details.
To change or delete your asset details:
Click on the respective icons in the "Selected Asset Details" section. You can also access the information of your asset via iPad or AR glasses by scanning the OR code of the particular asset.
Similarly, you can create different assets for each particular asset type based on the specific components or equipment within that type, as per the job requirements and organizational needs.
