🧑💻How to Join a Session in Remote Assist App on Mobile?
If you are the participant / guest user invited for a remote session, to view the session, you have to join the session by entering the session / link code.
To Join the Session:
Go to >> "Join Session".
Enter the meeting id and join this will connect you with the expert.
Once connected with the expert you can see live annotations and also annotate and add text & chat in real time.
To join any active or previous sessions on the app , go to session and join the session you want to join on the session list.
