🧑‍💻How to Join a Session in Remote Assist App on Mobile?

If you are the participant / guest user invited for a remote session, to view the session, you have to join the session by entering the session / link code.

To Join the Session:

  • Go to >> "Join Session".

  • Enter the meeting id and join this will connect you with the expert.

Once connected with the expert you can see live annotations and also annotate and add text & chat in real time.

  • To join any active or previous sessions on the app , go to session and join the session you want to join on the session list.
