First you must need to contact and verify your details from AR Genie Support Center.
Go to >> the "Contact Us" Page on the website.

Fill in the required details and leave a message to access the AR Genie Web-based Portal for using the service.
Click on " Send Message" and you will receive a notification of the sent enquiry.
Once verified, you will get the message on your Gmail account to use AR Genie Web-based portal.
How to Login on Mobile ?
Once your details are verified, you can simply login by installing AR Genie Remote Assist App from your respective App Store ( Google Play / Apple App Store ).
To access full features of AR Genie Remote Assist, you must Login to the AR Genie Remote Assist App. To Login:
Open the App on your mobile device.
Go to "Profile" to login to your account.
Go to >> "Login to your account" tab.
Login to your account
Now Enter your " Email & Password" and press Sign In.
EnterEmail & Password
Once login, you will see your profile name from where you can log out later. You can also change the language at the language icon at the top.
