This is a detailed information on how you can Create a Remote Session on AR Genie Web Portal.
How to Create a Remote Session on Web Portal?

To Create the Remote Session:
Open the AR Genie Web Portal by login or visiting the link https://portal.argenie.ai
On the left side of the portal’s session board you will see the drop-down menu.

And you will see the side navigation toolbar with various functional features supported by the portal including the language option for the technicians and participants joining the session to communicate efficiently.

Click on “Remote Assist”.

Go to >> “Create Session”.

Enter the name of the Session you want to create.

Now the Session has been created.
You can Copy/Share the Session Code or the Session Link with the participant by inviting them.
You can also invite participants in multiple ways:
SMS 📱 → Send an invite link directly to a participant’s phone number via text message.
Email 📧 → Send the invite link through email.
Agent 👤 → Invite an agent.
Guest 🙋 → Invite an external participant who doesn’t have an account.
QR 🔗 → Generate a QR code that participants can scan to join instantly.

Once you click Start Meeting or Close, the session immediately appears under the “Active” tab in the "My Sessions" page.
