How to Create a Remote Session on Web Portal?

Create Session

To Create the Remote Session:

• Open the AR Genie Web Portal by login or visiting the link https://portal.argenie.ai

On the left side of the portal’s session board you will see the drop-down menu.

Click on Drop-down menu

• Click on the "Drop-down menu".

And you will see the side navigation toolbar with various functional features supported by the portal including the language option for the technicians and participants joining the session to communicate efficiently.

Go to >> the side navigation bar

• Click on “ Remote Assist”.

Click on Remote Assist

• Now under Remote Assist, Go to >> “ Create Session”.

Click on Create Session

• Enter the name of the Session you want to create.

Create Session Name

Now the Session has been created.

• You can Share the Session Code or the Link with the participant by inviting them via Email or SMS. You can also add the agent & copy the session code by clicking on the copy icon.

You can view your created session at “ My Session Tab” .
