# How to Raise an Issue on the AR Genie Web Portal ?

The **AR Genie Web Portal** allows users to manage sessions, monitor activities, and access all features of Remote Assist and Work Assist. If you encounter any technical problems, errors, or have feedback, you can easily **raise an issue** directly from the portal. Reporting issues promptly ensures faster resolution and smoother workflow.

Here’s how to raise an issue on the web portal:

* **Go to Settings** – After logging in, navigate to the **Settings** menu on the portal dashboard.
* Click on **“Raise Issue.”**

* Click on **“Raise Issue”** button.
