Raise Issue on Web Portal
The AR Genie Web Portal allows users to manage sessions, monitor activities, and access all features of Remote Assist and Work Assist. If you encounter any technical problems, errors, or have feedback, you can easily raise an issue directly from the portal. Reporting issues promptly ensures faster resolution and smoother workflow.
Here’s how to raise an issue on the web portal:
Go to Settings – After logging in, navigate to the Settings menu on the portal dashboard.
Click on “Raise Issue.”
Go to >> Raise Issue Tab
Click on “Raise Issue” button.
Click on Raise Issue Button
Fill in the issue details – Provide a clear description of the problem or feedback. Include screenshots or additional notes if needed.
Click on “Report An Issue” to submit your report.
Click on Report An Issue
Once submitted, your issue will appear in the Raised Issues list on the portal screen, allowing you to track the status and any updates from support.

Using this feature ensures that all issues are documented and addressed efficiently. It helps maintain smooth operations, effective remote collaboration, and uninterrupted AR-powered workflows for your team.
