# How to manage your sessions on Web Portal ?

Manage Sessions: My Session, History & Gallery Overview:

You can manage your sessions via My Session, History and Gallery tabs. These tabs on the navigation toolbar shows your sessions, recording and note details along with your uploaded content which helps you to manage your sessions smoothly.

### My Session:

On the My Session tab, you can ***invite the agents or participants, end the session, view recordings***, ***view chats*** and ***add or create notes*** for your recent sessions.<br>

**To add notes, view chat history, view recordings, or to end the session for a particular ticket:**

* Click on the **three-dot menu** of My Session tab.<br>

**To Add Notes:**

* Click on **“Notes”**.

* Fill in the details and click to **“Save”**.

In this way you can add specific & multiple notes for a particular session.&#x20;

**To View Chat History:**

* Click on **“Chat History”**.

This will show you the entire text chat between experts and participants for each session.

**To View Recordings:**&#x20;

* Click on **“Recordings”**.<br>

This will show you the recorded session details.&#x20;

**To End the Session:**&#x20;

The **"End Session"** denotes the closing of the ticket for that particular session. This will delete the session completely which means a user cannot join the same session, but he can view the session details on the history tab. <br>

* Click on **"End Session"** and this will close the session for that particular session window ticket. <br>

### How to Invite Agents o**r Participants from "My Session":**&#x20;

**To** **invite the agents or participants:**

* Click on the " **Invite participants"** icon.

* Send the invitation via SMS or Email.

* To invite agents, **Go to >> Agents** and select the agent you want to invite for the session. <br>

* To invite a Guest, **Go to >> Guest** and copy the **"Guest Link"** code. This will let the guest users to join the session over the internet using a secure web browser as a Guest participant.&#x20;

* To invite **participants**, **Go to >> QR Code** – Download & Share a scannable QR code. This will let the participants to join the session.

## Request AR Recording

The **Request AR Recording** feature in the AR Genie Web Portal enables you to generate a dedicated recording link for a specific session. This link can then be shared with participants to request or access the recorded session content.

* Click on the "Request AR Recordin&#x67;**" button.**

**AR Recording Link**

* A unique link is generated for the AR Recording.
* Use the C**opy** button to quickly copy the link.

**Share via Email**

* Enter the recipient’s email address in the input field.
* Click the ➤ send button to share the AR recording link directly through email.

**Share via SMS**

* Enter the recipient’s phone number, including the country code.
* Click the ➤ send button to share the AR recording link via SMS.

History:&#x20;

**“History”** tab on the dashboard will provide you with all the details about your session history which includes information about all your recent & previous sessions.<br>

From History, you can view your session chats, recorded history, session updates and can also create your notes in the “Note” section for future references.&#x20;

**To View Session Chats :**&#x20;

* Click **"Chats"** on the Session History dashboard.

This will open the chat history.&#x20;

**To Add Notes:**&#x20;

* Click **" Notes"** on the Session History dashboard.&#x20;

Add notes for the session and save.&#x20;

**To View Recorded Session Details :** <br>

* Click **"Recordings"** on the Session History dashboard.

This will show you the history of recorded session details.

#### Transcript (History Tab)

Access the **Transcript** from the **History tab** to view a complete, **time-stamped record** of the session conversation.

You can **review discussions**, **search key points**, and **export the transcript** for **documentation** or **future reference**.

### Gallery:&#x20;

The Gallery tab represents the entire media files or documents used during the remote session. It includes images, videos, documents and 3D Objects that a remote expert can use to guide a technician during the session.

* To view the media files, Click on the media you want to view. <br>

* To add a new media file, Click on the **"Upload Media"** button and upload the media.\
