How to Join a Remote Session on Web Portal ?

Join Session

To Join a Remote Session:

  • Open the AR Genie Portal https://portal.argenie.ai on the website or web. You can also click on Login at the homepage of the website.

  • Fill in your information or login details on the login page.

  • On the left hand side of the navigation toolbar of the portal dashboard, Click on “ Join Session” tab.

Go to >> Join Session

Fill the session code to join

  • Enter the 9-digit code given to you by the host to join the session and click on the join button.

  • The video session window will open and you will be now connected with the expert for the session.

You can also Join the existing sessions by clicking on the " Join Meeting" tab.
