This is a detailed information on how you can raise any issue while using the AR Genie Web Portal.

How to Raise Issue?

To Raise an Issue:

• Under the settings, Go To >> “Raise Issue”.

Go to >> Raise Issue Tab

• Click on the “Raise Issue” button.

• Fill in the details, report an issue and click on “Submit”.

Your raised issues list will appear on the web portal screen.
