You can manage your sessions via My Session, History and Gallery tabs. These tabs on the navigation toolbar shows your sessions, recording and note details along with your uploaded content which helps you to manage your sessions smoothly.
On the My Session tab, you can invite the agents or participants, end the session, view recordings, and add or create notes for your recent sessions.
To add notes, view recordings, or to end the session for a particular ticket:
Click on the three-dot menu of My Session tab.
To Add Notes:
Click on “Add Notes”.
Fill in the details and click to “Add”.
In this way you can add specific note for a particular session.
To View Recordings:
Click on “Recordings”.
This will show you the recorded session details.
To End the Session:
The " End Session" denotes the closing of the ticket for that particular session. This will delete the session completely which means a user cannot join the same session, but he can view the session details on the history tab.
Click on " End Session" and this will close the session for that particular session window ticket.
To invite the agents or participants:
Click on the " Invite participants" icon.
Send the invitation via SMS or Email.
To invite agents, Go to >> Agents and select the agent you want to invite for the session.
“History” tab on the dashboard will provide you with all the details about your session history which includes information about all your recent & previous sessions.
From History, you can view your session chats, recorded history, session updates and can also create your notes in the “Note” section for future references.
To Add Notes:
Click " Notes" on the Session History dashboard.
Add notes for the session and save.
To View Recorded Session Details :
Click " Recordings" on the Session History dashboard.
To View Session Chats :
Click " Chats" on the Session History dashboard.
This will open the chat history.
The Gallery tab represents the entire media files or documents used during the remote session. It includes images, videos, documents and 3D Objects that a remote expert can use to guide a technician during the session.
To view the media files, Click on the media you want to view.
To add a new media file, Click on the " Add File" button and upload the media.
To view 3D Model, Click on 3D Model and to add a new model upload the file as shown above.
